The PeopleZest team is seeking a multifamily asset manager in Dallas, TX. The role will be responsible for working with lenders and investing partners to produce required reporting. The role will also work directly with brokers lenders and equity partners in the execution of constructions draws, refinances, dispositions and forecasting equity distributions. The Asset Manager will also monitor portfolio performance.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of multifamily asset management experience. Attributes include exceptional communication skills and an analytical mindset.
