The PeopleZest team is seeking Director of Asset Management to oversee an initial portfolio consisting of 9 multi-family properties located throughout southern California, Arizona and Texas. The Company intends to grow its residential portfolio through acquisitions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of multifamily asset management/operations experience. LIHTC experience/knowledge is needed in additional to exceptional communication skills. Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENT Maximizer experience a plus
