The PeopleZest team seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A and B assets located in the Austin area. This portfolio includes a mix of market-rate and affordable housing communities (50/80 LIHTC and HUD).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, a polished professional presence, and a creative, solutions-driven mindset. This role requires regular communication with equity partners, so the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally is essential.
Candidates should have 4-5 years of multifamily Regional Manager experience. Affordable housing experience is a plus but not required.
