The PeopleZest team is seeking a President to oversee the multifamily division of a commercial real estate firm. The role will be responsible for scaling the company, strategy, originating, underwriting, and closing Affordable Housing and market rate transaction in multiple markets. The position will be a key member of the Company’s executive management team.
The successful candidate will have a high financial acumen, be analytical with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 15+ years of real estate acquisition and underwriting experience is required. Experience and knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC and HAP are needed. A bachelor’s degree is required, an advance degree is a plus.
