The peoplezest team is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager in Dallas, TX. The Asset Manager’s primary responsibility is to act as the Owner’s Representative in the execution of investment and operating strategy for operating assets, with the goal of maximizing performance and value. Asset Management works closely with other departments such as Development, Acquisitions, Finance, Portfolio, Property Management, Retail and Accounting groups.
The successful candidate will have a high financial acumen with the ability to understand yields, waterfalls and constant re-forecasting. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for this position. Minimum 5 years’ experience in management, finance/investment and the multi-family real estate industry is required, with a proven track record of strong leadership ability.
