The peoplezest team seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a 940 unit Tax Credit asset located in the Westbury area of Houston. The successful candidate will have LIHTC experience as well as extensive renovation experience and the ability to manage C type distressed assets. This property went through a foreclosure last year and needs hands on leadership to get it performing. Given the size of the asset, this would be the sole property until stabilization is achieved at which time additional properties will be added. We are seeking a leader who will motivate and guide a team with confidence and provide hands on support while holding team members accountable. Attributes would include the ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, detailed oriented and the willingness to jump in and get the job done.
