The PeopleZest team is seeking a President to oversee the multifamily division of a commercial real estate firm. The role will be responsible for scaling the company, strategy, and closing Affordable Housing and market-rate transactions in multiple markets.
The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, be analytical, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 15+ years of real estate acquisition and underwriting experience are required. Experience and knowledge of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC and HFC/PFC, are needed. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
