The successful candidate will have LIHTC experience as well as extensive renovation experience and the ability to manage C type distressed assets. This property went through a foreclosure last year and needs hands on leadership to get it performing. Given the size of the asset, this would be the sole property until stabilization is achieved at which time additional properties will be added.
